The room was very nice and clean. The Mountain View was kind of far and when you check in during winter, it’s already dark so you don’t see much mountain.
I didn’t like when you used the hot water, there was a knocking noise coming from the pipes near the toilet.

The room has great amenities and is quite spacious. However, I’ve noticed some employees could be a bit more polite.

Check in/out was easy. The r9om was clean, but our maress was terrible. The hotel was sold out so switchiing rooms was not an option

The room stank but it was a suite with a kitchen so I assume the previous occupant had cooked, but other wise was fine. The staff was lovely.

Limited options in breakfast. More options should be included.
Room AC/Heater was not working properly.

Clean room. Spacious. Lovely friendly respectful staff unlike my experience at Hampton Inn across the road :(

Have stayed here many times. they have done a really good job of keeping the property up to date. Very nice people.

Pool was falsely advertised as open, and mattress was way too soft. Pillows had hard edges on them also. Had a better stay at courtyard. On a good note shower was spacious.and liked the full size fridge.

The Residence Inn was fantastic. When you walk in, it is warm and smells so nice. There were always cookies and fresh water out along with hot tea and coffee. The buffet breakfast had everything and the sitting area was spread out with not only tables but comfortable couches by the fireplace. The Residence Inn was in impeccable condition. The rooms had been renovated and had fully equipped conditions. The gym was like brand new with filtered water and towels. The equipment was in great condition. The pool area was enormous though I didn’t see anyone using it during our 3 day stay end of December. The location was also fantastic. 1 minute drive to tons of restaurants and shopping centers. Overall, the Residence Inn exceeded my expectations and I would 100% recommend it!!
